This year's yearling sale takes place at beautiful Bro Park on Friday September 25 at 16:00.
This is the perfect meeting place for Scandinavia’s breeders, trainers, and owners and with the renowned Alastair Pim presiding as auctioneer, the event promises to offer a professional and engaging auction experience - his expertise and energy add real value to this important showcase of future stars.
On the 25th of September - five days after the running of the auction race Magic Million 2026, the Scandinavian racing community will gather as Svensk Galopp, in collaboration with SFAF, hosts this year’s yearling sale at Bro Park. This is a unique opportunity for breeders, vendors, owners, and trainers to buy and sell four-legged stars of the future.
All yearlings passing through the ring at this auction are eligible for entry into the Magic Million 2027 auction race. Thanks to generous contributions from the Swedish Jockey Club, Stockholms Galoppsällskap, Svenska Fullblodsavelsföreningen and Svensk Galopp, the race is expected to feature a total prize purse of SEK 1,000,000!

Practical Information
- All yearlings will be on-site at Bro Park no later than the morning of the sale.
- An arranged showing of the yearlings on Friday September 25, prior to the sales, will take place in the guest stabling area between 13:30 and 14:30.
- The yearling sale will be held both on site at Bro Park and online. Bidding online will be available from Thursday, September 24 at 15:00 until the end of the auction.
- The live auction, on site, will begin on Friday at 16:00.

Online Bidding & Livestream
The auction will be livestreamed on two platforms. For those who wish only to view the sale, it will be broadcast live on Svensk Galopp's YouTube channel. Link: Yearlingsale livestream
If you wish to place bids online you must register in advance at Svensk Galopp's auction house . If you registered last year you can log in using the same credentials.
All registered bidders has to be approved by Svensk Galopp, so last day to register is Thursday September 24th at 20:00. Online bidding will remain open on each lot until the fall of the hammer.

Food & Drinks
Enjoy delicious food before and during the yearling sale. Bro Park Krog, the restaurant upstairs, offers the best view of both the racetrack and the sales ring. In a pleasant atmosphere, well-prepared dishes are served for you to enjoy before the first horse enters the auction ring.
Menu
Choose between meat or fish.
- Steak frites with tomato salad, parmesan fries, red wine jus, truffle butter and parsley salad.
- Flame-grilled redfish with potato cake, seafood sauce, puffed rice and fennel and dill salad.
Dessert: Tonka bean panna cotta with lightly sweetened berries and oat crumble.
Price: 350 SEK. Includes table water and coffee.
Reservations
Book your table by Wednesday September 23 at the latest. Make your reservation by emailing bokabord@broparkkrog.se
Specify which dish you would like and how many people the reservation is for. Your table will be available from 14:30, giving you plenty of time to dine before the auction starts at 16:00. Payment is made on-site.
Svensk Galopp will treat your party to a chilled bottle of sparkling wine when the table reservation is for at least four people.
Please note that advance booking is required and walk-ins might not get a table.
Café & Racing Pub
For those who prefer something simpler, there are coffee, drinks and light meals such as shrimp sandwiches, lasagna and sandwiches in the cafe on the lower level and the Racing Pub offers a full range of beer, wine and snacks - perfect for a break between biddings!
